Online terms of service

Terms of Online ServiceUnder consumer contracts regulations, all customers and clients may return any item of stock (non bespoke item) within 14 days of purchase, with the exception of earrings due to hygiene issues; this does not affect statutory rights. All items of stock allow a customer a right to cancel within the 14 day period. If you are not satisfied due to a fault with an item purchased online you may return it to store unworn, undamaged, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase - returns do not apply to faults due to accident, neglect or misuse during the customer's possession of the item.

 If you wish to return a bespoke item we can offer an exchange within 14 days subject to a 25% restocking fee (minimum of £50). All deposits are nonrefundable and bespoke items do not carry a right to cancel.

Any sizing necessary for a bespoke or stock ring purchased is complementary within 14 days of purchase provided it does not involve a change of more than three British/Australian standard sizes, this service will not extend past one sizing after purchase.
